河北導(dǎo)熱油爐是以導(dǎo)熱油作為媒介的模溫機(jī)，也可以稱(chēng)作油加熱器、油溫加熱器、油循環(huán)控溫機(jī)、電加熱導(dǎo)熱油爐。油溫機(jī)本身設(shè)有一個(gè)儲(chǔ)油箱，任務(wù)時(shí)導(dǎo)熱油由儲(chǔ)油箱進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)，經(jīng)循環(huán)泵打入到模具或其它需求控溫的設(shè)備，導(dǎo)熱油從被控溫設(shè)備出來(lái)后，再前往到零碎，循環(huán)往復(fù)。導(dǎo)熱油同過(guò)加熱器升溫，當(dāng)感溫探頭探測(cè)到的媒體溫度到達(dá)設(shè)定值時(shí)，加熱器中止任務(wù)。當(dāng)溫度低于設(shè)定值時(shí)，加熱器開(kāi)端任務(wù)，當(dāng)溫度到達(dá)設(shè)定值后，又中止任務(wù)，如此循環(huán)往復(fù)。
油溫機(jī)作用：
適用于輔佐消費(fèi)工程塑料料、塑料制品。例如：尼龍、PC、亞克力的啤制品。油溫機(jī)先預(yù)調(diào)到達(dá)注塑模具所需的溫度，一次成型為優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品，增加試模原料。模溫機(jī)精確增加廢料，提供消費(fèi)及質(zhì)量，乃注塑行業(yè)不可短少的工具。
